I’ve been asked a lot of questions about meditation lately, so I put together a basic, guided meditation. I’ve used this meditation for a long time with people who I have had the honor of working with. You can click the above link to view the youtube meditation.
One of the things I love about meditation is that there are no rules. Just sit, be still and breathe. That’s it. But this isn’t the only way to meditate. You can also turn up some of your favorite music and dance a meditation. You can shake off all your heavy energy this way.
This meditation is designed to connect you to your breath, and to a peaceful space – that you can always return to.
