Take a moment. Take a deep breath. Relax. Just give yourself a few minutes to draw all of your precious energy inside of you. Go ahead. It is okay to take short pauses. Whenever you feel that you need one, just take a deep breath.
Once you get all of your energy rounded up, you can focus much better on what is in front of you. Stop and do this periodically through the day. By taking moments to regroup your energy, you can live awake, aware and alive.
And you will never miss a miracle.
