Just Add Nature

We fill our days with so many activities.  With the busy-ness of life comes to do lists and routines.  It can be easy to fall into a rut of doing what we feel that we have to do.  And when that happens, it can be easy to feel resentful.  If we feel we HAVE to do something, we are not recognizing that it is actually a choice.

We can make different choices.  We can shake up our schedules and do different things.  When we step out of our routines and take a break, we can look at the choices we have made – and how they make up the life we are living.

 Nature is a great place to rejuvenate our spirits and clear our minds.  It is also great for our bodies to get out and move.  Nature encourages us to BE in the moment and to appreciate and be grateful for all the beauty around us.  We can get a refreshed viewpoint when we step out into nature.

Let’s take a break and add some nature to our schedule today.
