What do windmills have to do with coincidences?  A dear friend and I were both traveling a few weeks ago and we took these pictures.  The interesting part is that we live in different countries.  We were in different countries, far away from each other, taking pictures of the same thing.  We had no idea until later that evening when we sent each other photos from our adventures that day.  We did not set out to take photos of windmills.  We have never even discussed windmills.

What a coincidence.  I could just smile and let it go at that.  But things like this happen all the time – in my life and in the lives of my friends and family.  Little coincidences all over the place.

I like to think of the coincidences as little markers along our paths.  Showing us that we are going in the direction that is optimal for us.  I love a good coincidence.  And I do not really think it is a coincidence, but an affirmation that we are traveling the best way we can.

  1. There are no coincidences; everything has divine purpose. You both took pictures of the same subject matter and sent them to each other. This was an affirmation of your connection in spirit with your dear friend. Well done.

And I just want to say, I love your blog. It is so uplifting and inspirational and passes along a wonderful sense of peace.

I love to hear from you!
