Simplifying our lives can help to bring us peace of mind. When our lives feel chaotic and rushed and confusing – we can simplify and create space for some inner peace.
Whether it means to simplify our schedules – taking things off of our plates (and I know this is not always easy, but there are creative solutions that can be found) – or literally simplifying our things and our living spaces….Simplicity can be very helpful when we feel stagnant or stuck or overwhelmed.
Look around you – check out your schedule – what can you let go of? What does not serve you or bring you happiness? What activity can you take off your daily planner today? Create some space for peace.
