It’s Like Riding A Bike

Let’s savor our moments.  Take time to take it slow.  Give ourselves the gift of time with nothing to do and no place to go.  Wander around.

Adventures do not have to be planned.  They can be spontaneous.  They do not have to be a big deal – it can be as simple as taking an afternoon off and taking a walk.  Pack a picnic and we have just made a day of it.

We really don’t even need to leave the house – we can putter around, find things we haven’t seen in a while.  Do things we haven’t done in awhile.  Roam around our neighborhoods.  Have a picnic in our backyard.

Let’s take some time for ourselves.  And enjoy every moment.  It’s great for the spirit.
