There is a park bench just waiting for us somewhere. Asking us to take a load off and relax and to be in the moment. To take a breath and just be for a little while.
Relaxing means to let go of all tension, all stress. It means to give ourselves a break. Taking a moment for ourselves can help us relax our spirits, our bodies and our minds. That can help us be clearer and stronger in the long run.
And it can be as simple as finding a park bench.
