One of my favorite memories of my grandfather happened on an ordinary day.  I was little enough to be playing on the floor.  My grandfather was watching the news.  Suddenly, he leapt to his feet, laughing, and he pulled me up with him.  He spontaneously taught me the Irish Jig.  It was a blast and created a happy moment that always gives me a smile.

Let’s create some happy moments.

We have so many opportunities to dance through our day.  We can dance while we are doing chores.  We can dance in our chairs.  We can dance our way through the mall.  We can dance in the rain.  We can dance while we work.  We can dance while we cook.  Turn on some music and add some fun to any otherwise ordinary moment.

Break out in spontaneous dance today. It’s great for the spirit.

  1. I really do agree with you. Loosing our bodies up and learing to step freely as we move about has many health benefits. Now let us lift our holy hands to the sky and begin to dance and praise God

I love to hear from you!
