Spend the day using all of your five senses. When you eat, slow down and really taste your food. Savor your moments. Breathe consciously. Look all around you and take in the scenery – whatever it is. Listen to the sounds. Take the time. Feel the weather – the wind, the sun. Notice everything around you. Notice how it all feels. Do not judge it, just notice it.
