Let’s start the week by clearing and resetting.  Let’s meditate.

Meditation has many, many benefits.  It can calm our entire being – our mind, body and spirit.  It can lower our blood pressure, relieve any stress, and allow us the time to stop and refresh ourselves.  Meditation helps us clear out our busy mind.  Meditation can provide a peaceful place for our spirit.

Many times we think that being hectic is a good thing.  We rush around like crazy trying to get more and more done.  It may seem counter-intuitive, but if we take 15 minutes out to slow down and meditate, we can actually be much more productive.
