Grounding ourselves means that we take a moment and become aware of everything around us. We use our senses when we ground ourselves. We experience what is happening in the moment. We wake up when we ground ourselves.
It is important to stop and ground ourselves. We can so easily get caught up in the racing of the day. Or zoned out on television and distractions. We are simply existing when we live mindlessly.
We can make the most of our life when we ground ourselves often. There are many wondrous things in the world when we stop to pay attention. Have a seat and ground yourself today.
