When do we say our prayers?  Or meditate?  Do we say our prayers when we feel stressed?  When we need something?  When we want something?

These are really good times to say a prayer or meditate.  And there is absolutely nothing wrong with saying a prayer when we feel we are in need.  But when we remember to pray and meditate during happy times too, it can take us to a whole new level.

Remember to say prayers of gratitude.  Remember to be thankful – even in advance – for all of the blessings life gives us.

When we do this, we are living prayerfully.  When we do this, we are spiritually connected.  We are focused on our blessings.  We are living in our moments connected to our Divine Source.
