Whatever is going on around you this year, please take a break from it to fully be present and grateful.  Take a couple of deep breaths and let your shoulders drop.  Let your head fall gently side to side.  Close your eyes for a couple of moments and just breathe here.

Let whatever chaos or stress that you have accumulated go.  Just let it go and breathe.

Spend a couple moments in gratitude.  Count some blessings before you continue on with your holidays.

As the holidays continue, remember to take moments out of the action to recharge yourself.  The better you take care of you, the better you can take care of others.
