In the hurry of life, it is important to give ourselves regular breaks.  To give our brains a break.  Meditation and prayer are amazing ways to do this.  Getting quiet and releasing all of our thoughts as they come up is a great place to start.

We do not have to do anything in meditation and prayer except listen.  We clear our thoughts and just listen.  We do not have to have a plan.  We do not have to learn how.  We just listen.

A 15 minute brain break can be super helpful for the rest of the day.  Please remember to take a few moments for you today.
