When we are worked up, upset and not feeling great about things – the last thing we usually want to do is sit down and meditate. But that is exactly the time when it can do the most good for us.
We can calm ourselves down when we sit still and clear out our busy minds.
We can come at the challenge from a different viewpoint after we meditate.
When we take time out of our worrying and stressing – and sit still for awhile, we can find answers we never could think of with our busy, fretting mind.
Pause when you feel worked up about something and take a meditation break.
