Nature provides us with a lot of great entertainment.  Sunrises, sunsets – clouds to watch, birds to listen to.  We may have to venture out to experience it, but it is worth it.  Nature can help us relax in a way that we cannot find indoors.

Get out in nature.  Open up all of your senses.  Be curious.  Really look around you at the colors.  Feel the weather.  Smell the air.  Give your mind a break and let all the things you have been thinking about all week go.  Just let yourself be for awhile.

Nature can recharge and rejuvenate us when we get ourselves out in it.
