Having healthy habits and good self-discipline can be really wonderful for us.  Healthy habits help us live a balanced life.

Is your life balanced with healthy habits?  Meditation and prayer?  Self-care?  Challenges for your brain?

We can turn anything into a habit and integrate it into our lives.  I have found it is best to only add one thing at a time – then decide if it really is the most wonderful thing for me – and keep it or let it go.  Adding too many things at once can be overwhelming – and if it is overwhelming, we probably will not keep it up very long.

Think of one thing you would really like to add to your life to make it more wonderful.  Give it a try for a little while.  Then decide for yourself if it is the most wonderful thing for you.

Our lives are made up of all of our moments.  Make your moments matter.
