What are you grateful for? Sometimes we can get too busy, too distracted by everything we think we need to do – and we forget to pause and count our blessings. We forget to be thankful for everything we have.
It is very important to take time out to be grateful. What we focus on is what we see more of. So when we are grateful, we are focused on what we love in our lives – and we get to see more of that show up. It does not have to be huge things – a good meal, or a pretty sunset – or a loving gesture are all wonderful things to be grateful for.
Moments of gratitude can go a long way. Have as many as you can today and every day.
