When we worry and stress, we lose precious moments.

Worry and stress do not help us – unless they motivate us to make a change.  It can be many different types of change – changing our lives or simply changing our minds – but worry and stress alone do not solve challenges.  Making different choices does.

Worry and stress cost us valuable time that could be spent solving the challenge – or just enjoying the view.

Let any worry or stress be a sign that something needs to change and take action.
