Schedule A Break In The Action

Make plans to do nothing for awhile this weekend.  Take some deep breaths and just be.  Let go of all of the stress of the week.  Let go of all of your worries.  Just relax for awhile.

It’s really good to give ourselves breaks in the action.  If we need to plan them into our schedule, it is worth it.  We can give our minds, bodies and spirits time to recuperate.  We can give ourselves time to just be.

We can go for a walk or watch clouds.  We can listen to the ocean or the birds.  We can sit in the shade and pay attention to our surroundings.  It’s important to give ourselves a rest.
