Recharge, Refresh, Renew

When life gets busy and we feel out of balance, we can choose to take a break and recharge ourselves.  Here are some quick and simple ways to reset:

Get some fresh air.

Stretch your body.

Take some deep breaths.

Listen to music.

Be grateful for something.

Pause and be awake in the moment.
