Feeling Moody? Good

When you aren’t feeling great you can raise your spirits quickly by accepting your mood.

If you are feeling out of sorts, remember that your emotions have valuable information for you.  It’s okay to feel them.  It’s okay to feel sad – especially when something sad happens.  It’s okay to feel angry when something isn’t fair.  It’s okay to feel lonely when you are all alone.

Life isn’t about being happy all the time.  It’s a vast spectrum of all kinds of different emotions and experiences.  Life is rich and full and it’s beautiful to experience all of it.

The thing is to experience it all and then let it go.  Don’t get stuck in any one emotion.  When you are ready, let it go and move on.
