How many times have we been asked, “How are you?” How many times do we quickly say, “Fine,” and move on to the next thing? We ask each other that question all the time: “How are you?”
Today I would like for you to take a moment and answer the question mindfully. How are you? Really. Let’s get in touch with how we are feeling in our moments.
The next time someone asks – you don’t have to go into every detail…but let them know in a few words how you really are. Maybe they can be helpful if they understand. And the next time you ask someone – ask mindfully. When they breeze over the question, go back – ask again. It’s a great way to be supportive of ourselves and others.
We are all in this together – let’s make it a little easier.
