We all have days when things are not going as we planned.  We have days when we just do not feel like ourselves.  We all have days and times when we feel a little out of sorts.

What can we do?  We can take a deep breath.  We can slow down.  We can take a little break in the action.  We can regroup.

We can be gentle and loving with ourselves.  We can be patient and compassionate toward ourselves.  If we can support others in this way, we can do the same for ourselves.  We can take the time to refocus our attention from stress to kindness for ourselves.
