Life presents us with many changes – interruptions in our pattern of living.  Just about when we think we are all settled in and cozy, here comes another life change.  We move, we have children, we change jobs, people come and go around us.

We like to celebrate some interruptions.  We struggle with some interruptions.  All change brings us some stress.  And that is okay.  Stress is not all bad.  Stress can propel us to meet the changes that naturally occur in our lives.

Next time you are feeling some stress, ask yourself what is changing.  Ask yourself how you feel about that change.  Ask yourself how you could more gracefully accept, embrace and move through that change.  Stress has valuable information when we explore our feelings.
