How do we handle the things that happen that we do not enjoy?

Do we resist them – in disbelief, do not accept them?  Do we fight against them – in anger.  Do we cower from them – in fear?

Or do we use our other option and embrace them anyway.  Things happen.  Sometimes we do not enjoy what happens.  It is okay.  Things pass when we accept them, flow with them, embrace them even, and then let them go.

Sometimes it is the letting go process that we struggle with the most.  It is okay to let go.  It is okay to move on.  It is okay to let things pass.
