If you aren’t feeling your best, this is a great question to ask yourself.

It’s actually always a great question.  If we know what helps us feel better, when we need something – we know what we can do for ourselves right away.

What helps you feel better?  Is it a walk?  A good movie?  A nice shower?  A healthy meal?  A cup of tea?  There are so many options.  We can even make a list to refer to when things aren’t looking so great.

When we feel off balance and we know what helps us feel better, we can show ourselves some kindness and compassion and move through it with grace.
