Be sure to take regular breaks for yourself.  It helps to stay balanced in the rest of your life.

Plan a wonderful adventure for yourself this weekend.  It doesn’t have to be expensive – a walk or try something new – a new book, a new beverage, a new recipe, a new movie.  A trip to the museum – when was the last time you visited a museum?  Plan to do something that you enjoy doing.  Whatever it is.  Shake up your routine a little.  Get a new perspective.   And by all means, breathe in the moments deeply.  You are precious.
