As you prepare for your day and your week, please take a moment to be in the moment.  Please stop to smell the flowers.  Please take a deep breath in – and let it go.  Be here now.

No matter how busy we are, it is really good for us to take a moment and take a big, deep breath.  There is always time – it only takes a few moments to reset ourselves.  And then we can tackle our day with love and enthusiasm.
