When something is too close, sometimes it can get out of focus.   Just one step back and it is a whole different picture.

When we are in the middle of something that we feel is stressful, we are too close.   Take a deep breath and a step back.  Look at it again.  Observe what is going on.  Take your emotions out of the picture.  It is okay to just have a look at it.

Be sure to have some compassion and patience with yourself while you step back and refocus.  Give yourself a little extra love whenever you need it.

Just one step back can make a world of difference in our vision.
