Don’t Chase Your Stress

The very best time to stop and take a deep breath is when we least feel like doing it.  When we feel stressed, fearful, anxious – that is the very best time to stop.  When we do not take the time to stop, we continue to chase our stress.  We continue to make more stress for ourselves.

When we take a step back and choose to come from a loving place – that is when we stop making stress for ourselves.  That is when we become part of the solution.

Let your stressful thoughts flow on by like clouds today.  Just observe them.  Take a deep breath and choose to come from a place of love.
