When we think something is missing in our lives and believe it is missing from our lives, we feel lack in our lives. When we feel lack, we focus on it. Whatever we focus on, we get more of.
Stop for a few minutes and focus on a happy memory. We get happiness back when we focus on it. It’s the same way with what we do not want. When we stop for a few minutes and focus on something we feel is missing, we get more of the same.
Instead of looking for things we think we do not have, we can stop looking and focus on all the things we do have. We can focus on the feelings of having it to bring it into our lives. Whatever we focus on, we get more of.
