The first things we think of in the morning can set the tone for the whole day.

Make an intention to have good thoughts about loving things first thing to set a good mood for a good day.

If we don’t direct our thoughts, our thoughts will not always work in our favor.

As soon as you wake up, have a go to mantra or saying that inspires you.  Say it a few times to yourself before you get out of bed – before you even open your eyes if you can.  In the moments after waking, before we start making judgment calls about how the day will be, is the perfect time to set good intentions.

Setting good intentions can set us up for a really good day.
