Play is different for everyone.  What you think is play usually changes over time also.

Play is time off, time to do fun things, creative things – things that aren’t normally on your schedule.  Biking, hiking, wandering around the city, star gazing, swimming – are some ways to play.  Ball games and sports are another.  Some people consider gardening play.  Dancing, games, building a fort, painting – are things we don’t even have to leave home to do.

Play can lift your energy and invigorate you.  So it is really important to help us reset.  When we take time to play we can return to work with more energy and focus.
