The last few moments of your day are as important as the first few moments.

It is true that it is important not to go to bed angry.  Those last few moments before we fall asleep can help us have a restful night of sleep – or not.  When our last thoughts are angry, our rest may not be peaceful.

When our last thoughts of the day are loving and kind, we can go into a peaceful sleep.

Take a moment at the end of your day to reset your attitude – before you go to bed.  Let your last thoughts of the day be loving and you can find that your sleep is much more restful.
