We are always able to give ourselves a little lift. We can do nice things for ourselves – do things we really enjoy or go places we really love to go. We can feed ourselves good, healthy food. We can take care of ourselves and that can give us a lift.
We can also give ourselves pep talks. We can tell ourselves nice and kind things. We can listen to our inner talk and correct ourselves whenever we are less than loving.
We can choose to be grateful for all of the blessings in our lives. Gratitude is always a great lift for the spirit.
There are so many ways we can give ourselves a lift. Please choose to consciously be nice to you. The nicer we are to ourselves, the nicer we are likely to be to everyone.
