Walking is so good for us.  I grew up taking walks.  I have always enjoyed finding new paths and trails to walk.  Walking ignites all of our senses and moves our bodies.  Just a walk around the block can rejuvenate us.  We need fresh air to feel our optimal best.

Take a walk today and be aware of the sounds, the sights, the smells – be fully present.  Find a new route to walk today.  Make taking a walk an adventure today.
