The Choice To Be Grateful

Every single day we can choose to be grateful for something.  Even when there does not feel like there is anything.  If we look around we can find a beautiful sunrise or sunset.  A wonderful smile from a stranger.  We can be grateful for our morning tea or the glass of clean, cool water that we can have anytime we like.

There are so many things to be grateful for.  We can make gratitude a habit.  Every morning when we wake up – first thing – we can think of what we are grateful for.  It sets the tone for our whole day.  Gratitude is a choice.
