What Holds You Back?

What holds you back from having the life you want?  Circumstances?  Personal issues?  Medical challenges?  Don’t have time?  Someone else say you can’t?

There is a solution for every thing we consider a “problem.”  I believe that.  We may need to change some things first.

We can start by changing our thinking.  It may sound simplistic, but the greatest things begin with a thought.  When we are thinking in terms of “can’t,” we are unable to see beyond that.  When we start thinking in terms of “can,” our thinking opens up.  Possibilities present themselves.  Things start to change.

Those things that hold you back – the bars on your doors – can be transformed by exploring your thoughts and switching your “no” into a “yes.”  Even before you see any possibility of change.  Things will start to shift when you choose to change your attitude first.
