We can talk ourselves into relaxing.

When our mind starts to race ahead, we can stop it.  We can take a deep breath and bring ourselves back into the moment.  We can be with our breath until we feel more relaxed.

Our breath sustains us.  It is always with us.  We can use our breath to calm ourselves down.  We can find peace by paying attention to our breath.

We can call it meditation or just taking a breath break, but it is very good for our spirit to stop and regroup.  Take a deep breath and let it go.
