Our feelings are not beyond our control. They come from our thoughts and beliefs. Our feelings do not have to control us. We can look at our thoughts and beliefs when we are uncomfortable with a feeling. We can explore what we feel.
When we bring something to light, it is often healed right then and there. Sometimes it only takes looking at it consciously and lovingly. Sometimes it takes more work to change our less than loving beliefs, especially if we learned them in our childhood, but it can be done.
The more we bring our less than loving feelings to light and heal them, the more we can find a wonderful middle ground. A place where everything we love can be found. A place that is not riddled with fear or stress. A place where we can productively work toward our dreams. It is definitely not dull there because it is full of love.
