How can we get a new perspective when we are feeling stressed and chaotic?
We can go someplace new. We can do something new. We can take a break and relax. Often a time out helps us to put things in perspective. It is okay to let it go for awhile.
We can think about how we could make the best of it.
We can count our blessings.
We can look for the love and lessons in the situation.
We can look for the opportunities within the challenge.
The way we feel about our challenges will define how we experience them. It is up to us to choose how we want to travel through life – rocked by every bump in the road or bouncing happily along.
We all have stressors in our lives. It is how we choose to move through them that can make a big difference.
