Having something to look forward to is a wonderful way to stay engaged and excited about life.
We can start new projects, take a new class, or plan to get out in the countryside and breathe some fresh air. There are all kinds of things we can plan to do. We can plan a short trip. We can plan a lunch with a friend.
Planning to do things we enjoy doing gives us something to look forward to.
