Shake Things Up To Relax

Let’s shake things up in the middle of the week.  Let’s find a comfortable spot and relax for a little while.  Let’s refresh ourselves today.

Taking time to let our bodies, minds and spirits rest is important.  While everything we do, do, do is also important – we are working at our best when we are fully refreshed.  It does not take a lot of time to rejuvenate ourselves.  Even 10 minutes can be helpful.

It is most helpful to take a time out when we are feeling overwhelmed – which is usually when we do not feel like we can relax.  But giving ourselves a little time can make a big difference.

Find a relaxing corner and let everything go for a little while today.
