What Are You Saying To Yourself?

We have an inner conversation going on all the time.  We are constantly talking to ourselves as we process information.  The words we use when we talk to ourselves are important.

When we stop throughout our day and take the time to notice what words we use in our heads – we can begin to understand if we are operating at a loving or a less than loving level.

We can adjust our words when they are less than loving; toward ourselves and toward others.

When we express love, we see more love reflected back to us.
