Feeling Foggy?

When we are not paying attention, when our schedules get a little out of hand, when others ask a lot of us – we can get a little foggy.  Too much rushing around can be mind numbing.  We can get forgetful – especially when it comes to taking care of ourselves.

Let’s take a deep breath right now and a moment to consider what we need.  Right now.

When we give ourselves what we need first, we have a lot more to give others.  We are much more effective in the world when we take care of ourselves.  We have more energy and compassion for others when we take good care of ourselves.
