Finding The Balance

Balance is important.  It is important to get our bodies moving and it is important to rest.  Too much of one or the other makes us feel out of balance – or sync – with life.

So let’s get up and talk a walk today.  And rest when we need to.  When we are in balance, life just works easier – our bodies work better.

Take a quick inventory of your activities.  Do you need more rest or movement?  Give yourself what you need today.
