People can hold a grudge. We get stuck when we hold resentments toward others. We get really stuck when we hold them against ourselves.
We can be very hard on ourselves. Sometimes much more tougher than we are on others. We can be impatient and unforgiving with ourselves.
Whatever “mistakes” you think you have made – just forgive yourself now. Just let it go. It is over and done already. It is okay to be loving, compassionate and kind to ourselves. It is okay to forgive ourselves.
We are always doing our best. Even when it does not feel like it.
Let’s forgive ourselves now. It actually helps us grow when we accept ourselves just as we are.
