Walking is good for us in so many ways. It is good for our bodies – movement helps our bodies to work at their optimum. Oxygen helps our brains work well. And we can clear our minds while we walk. We can let our spirits just BE in the moment. We can take deep breaths and focus in on what it right around us.
Especially if we are feeling a bit overwhelmed by our schedules or stressed from the daily grind we have created for ourselves – especially when we do not want to – that is the very best time to take a walk.
Let’s take time for ourselves today. Walking is a loving thing we can do for ourselves and for those around us. When we are feeling calmer, we can relate to others much more effectively. Let’s take a walk.
