Sometimes life can feel like a struggle. Sometimes every day can feel like a struggle.
We can feel overwhelmed, over burdened and over taxed when we think we are struggling. When we see struggle all around us, we are focused on it – and so we just get more.
Somewhere in the struggle there are still things to be grateful for. When we find those things, we begin to take the focus off the struggle.
When we focus in on the things we are grateful for – we begin to see more things to be grateful for. And that’s when the change occurs. Because we get what we think about. Thinking about the things we love helps us let go of the struggles. And when we let go of the struggles – we can float.
